WOW!! you have such a fulfiled life at such a young age, I just wonder how you do/did it all, it must have taken quite a bit of money so you had/have to have a really good job & the people that you know, do you still keep in touch with them? you are 1 of a very few people (of color) that can say that you have friends all over the world. that's huge!!!!!!! I can only dream about the thing's you do the places you've been, the people you know...

I know where you took this picture! I too have thought about the Peace Corps but know that I am too much of a wimp. I have met several people who done it during my travels. I am sure you have as well.

hey lady, i like how your site looks and glad you are back. i have send you pictures through your email..thank you for just writing..

I understand that you need to earn a crust and that your other passion is travel, but you need to write too. I am just like you. I tell myself I want this and to work there to please my family and stop them from freaking out at me but I just want to write. Lets focus on writing!

if you do apply to either organization, good luck! i have a college friend who is going through the peace corps application process right now and hearing about it is getting me interested in it, too. the foreign service sounds like a great opportunity as well, but i know that i personally couldn't pass the intelligence examination, haha.

If you do PC, you will get the language skills!!! That's for certain! And then you'd really be ready for the foreign service! I applied for PC as I was applying for JET. Then I let my application lapse. Hmmm....maybe one of these days! I just can't imagine living in a mud hut without a keitai and no access to your blog! But I think it's a FABULOUS thing to do!!
